If you feel low on energy/sad/stressed out/anything else not so great, try this… Put on a real good vibe song and dance like crazy. And I mean crazy with a capital C. Big, bold, weirdo moves are the key here! Gallop like a horse and then do a little twist and maybe a few waltz moves after that…

If you don’t feel better after your grooving and jiving – you will at least feel silly… And silly is for sure better than sad or tired!
